Capitol Poster

Artist Tai Ping Huang was named Senior Architect at the New York State Office of General Services in 1988. He developed a great fondness for the craftsmanship of the buildings around him. On his lunch breaks he would photograph these buildings and then recreate them as drawings at home. His intricate pen and watercolor rendering bring to life the Capitol’s minute architectural details.
