Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

 All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order.  Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. 

 All orders ship for a flat rate of $4.95 per shipping address within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories.

 

Express Shipping:

 We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.

 

In Store Pick-Up (Next Day)

Orders designated by the customer for "In Store Pick-Up" will be available for pick up the following business day during the hours of operation for the Empire State Plaza Visitor Center in Albany, NY.   Items not retrieved after 30 days will be automatically refunded and returned to inventory. 

 

Cancellations:

 Order processing begins immediately once your order has been submitted. We are unable to change or cancel orders once placed.

 

Returns:

The New York State Capitol Visitor Center Gift Shop sells only high quality merchandise made by many American businesses and manufacturers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date you received your order.  

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Face Masks are final sale.

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] and include your order number.  Customer Service will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. Returns are typically processed within 3 business days from our receipt of your item.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

Damaged Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at [email protected] and include your order number. Please keep the damaged merchandise and the original shipping materials.  Customer Service will offer a prompt replacement of the item(s) or a refund.
