Originally built as an advertisement for RCA products in 1958, Nipper sits atop an Albany office building listening for “his master’s voice.” He is the biggest terrier in the world, weighing four tons and standing twenty-eight feet tall. The Nipper on our locally printed tote is a far from subtle reminder of the capital city’s largest unofficial mascot.
